Who is Karl Peisker?*

  • I'm interested on Reggae music since the mid 70s. I was performing in Raggae bands for years and owning almost 5000 sound storage media out of 5 decades (ca. 2000 Reggae albums, singles, more than 1000 african albums plus material of other musical interests).

  • Through the Reggae and contacts to Africans I developed "ineviteable" my interesting to African music. In the mid 80s I was one of the first(in north western aerea and) in Oldenburg who played regulary Reggae and African music in Discos and (as guest) on concerts of African music.

  • I'm a freelancing journalist and Photographer. Not married, but living with a woman and two children in Oldenburg.
